• You agree to provide accurate evidence of delivery or non-delivery if requested.
• Sellers must securely deliver the exact amount of popularity described in the listing within the specified timeframe.
• Buyers must not initiate fraudulent chargebacks. All disputes must be handled through our internal resolution center.
• Popora.gg reserves the right to suspend or ban users who attempt to scam or manipulate the platform.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Popora.gg or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Popora.gg's website.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
